Our client from Central California wished to have a 3 Day Bohemian Wedding Festival in the middle of an un-touched homesteaded land plot in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
There were many complications needed work around in order to make this event happen. On of the largest challenges was how to transport all the rental items from the top main road almost 1000′ feet down hill to the event site base. We used (2) diesel kabota UTV’s with 5′ x 8′ flatbed trailers.
- 125+ round trips to the main road with equipment.
- Over 1600′ of incandescent string lighting
2 diesel generators with over 2200′ of 4/0 distribution power cable, 50 amp distribution boxes and more including a “getting ready” tent for the bride and bridesmaids with 6 hair and makeup stations with accompanying hair dryers, curling irons and more. We also needed to route power to multiple locations throughout the event site such as the concert stage, spot lights to light up the mountains at night, catering tent and accompanying coffee machines and catering equipment.
